ASI TECH INC will make reasonable efforts to deliver services within the estimated timeframe; however, timelines may vary depending on project scope, client responsiveness, and unforeseen circumstances. Delays caused by the client, including late feedback or incomplete information, may result in adjusted delivery dates.

Data and privacy and locations

ASI TECH INC respects client confidentiality and is committed to protecting all data shared during the course of a project. Any information provided will be used solely for service delivery and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, unless required by law. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to share any data or materials provided. Services may be delivered remotely or across different locations, and by engaging with ASI TECH INC, clients consent to such operations where necessary.

Refund, Cancellation, Payment & Timeline Policy

By engaging ASI TECH INC, clients agree that all payments must be made as per the agreed terms and within the specified timeframe. Projects will commence only after initial payment, if applicable, and timelines will be mutually agreed upon, with delays possible due to scope changes or client-side dependencies. Clients may cancel services with written notice; however, all work completed up to the cancellation date will be charged, and any deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Refunds are only applicable to services not yet rendered, and no refunds will be issued once work has started or been delivered. Accepted payment methods will be communicated in advance, and failure to complete payments on time may result in delays or suspension of services.
